Cameron maintains a 4.0 GPA
Yay, Cameron! He did it again...Cameron maintained a 4.0 GPA for this last quarter (one of 57 in the school). Maria and I attended the award ceremony yesterday and needless to say we are both very proud. I'd like to take the credit for all of this, but Cameron is very self-motivated and disciplined...we never have to tell him to do his homework or stay at school to work on extra credit...he just does! Yup, he's definitely a keeper!

This is me and Maria taken with my trusty Helio cellphone at a dance competition over the weekend. Alexandra is on the DVHS Dance Team and they competed in Cupertino at the USA Dance Competion...the girls did GREAT! They've been competing EVERY weekend and have another competition next week. Everything culminates at the 2008 Dance Team Competition in Anaheim on 3/6 at the Anaheim Convention Center next to Disneyland.

Chris Botti's new CD is "Italia." He use to be the trumpeter of Sting and now he's having great success on his own. In the intimate setting of Yoshi's Jazz Club, he put on a terrific 90 minute set. Afterwards, Maria and I were able to take this picture with him and he signed our Italia CD for us. Lots of fun.
